Andrew Swan - RBC CONVENTION CENTRE WINNIPEG - AWARD WINNER

Andrew Swan has worked in the RBC Convention Centre’s parkade for more than 20 years and has made his mark by presenting personalized gifts and displaying customized welcome signage for his regular clients. Andy has also taken a leadership role in training new staff and is the recipient of the centre’s ACE awards.

Ramanpreet Kaur - HILTON WINNIPEG AIRPORT SUITES - AWARD WINNER

Ramanpreet Kaur is renowned for going the extra mile for guests staying at Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites as a Guest Service Representative. Her impactful gestures to personalize stays have included offering treats and toys for children and pet guests, to prioritizing housekeeping for early check-ins. She has won the hotel’s Arrivals Experience Award three times.

Blair Trelinski - CANADIAN MUSEUM FOR HUMAN RIGHTS

A gifted storyteller and guide, Blair Trelinski joined the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as a program interpreter in 2017. She goes above and beyond by researching each group/special guest’s interests so she can make an impact by personally connecting tailored stories to each specific group she hosts.

Jordan Janzen - DELTA HOTELS BY MARRIOTT WINNIPEG

With a background in security training and customer service, Jordan Janzen uses his expertise to set goals and provide examples for his team to approach and offer help, elevating safety for their guests. Jordan has also built strong relationships with local authorities and Downtown BIZ, contributing to improvement of overall downtown safety.
